Hard Conversations During the Holidays

Have you ever found yourself in a situation during the holidays, gathered with family and friends, where a debate about racial justice and equity emerges?

We are here to offer guidance for navigating these challenging moments! Below is our 3-part series where our panelists (featuring community leaders from the RIDC Board and member organizations) discuss situations, strategies and vulnerably share their own personal experiences navigating hard conversations. This information is not only valuable with family during the holidays, but any time.
