Through scholarships, training, and supported entry points, we help people new to running or returning to movement get connected and stay engaged (Enter the Sport). We also create pathways into careers and leadership through student exposure, professional development, and real-world insight into how the running industry operates and where individuals can grow within it (Enter the Industry).

We believe anyone who wants to run, walk, or move their body deserves the same guidance, accountability, and infrastructure often reserved for elite athletes. That’s why we’re providing six months of fully funded coaching and training support to help you start moving, or get back to it with confidence.
