Introducing RIDC’s Movement For All, Powered by On
Let’s Get Moving!
Remember the teaser we sent last week? Well, the news is out!! RIDC's Movement For All, Powered by On, is officially open for applications.
It's not enough to just focus on barriers to running. We're also focusing on barriers to movement. The most common barriers we hear about at the RIDC are cost, time, and access to community. This program was built to meet all three.
Movement For All is a three-year program, which means we will open a new call for applications each year for the next three years. Each cohort receives six months of fully funded coaching and training support, developed based on our research on what actually keeps people from moving their bodies.
With in-person training options across all 50 states and 20+ virtual options, from Pennsylvania to California, there is someone in your corner no matter where you are. Anyone can apply, and we strongly encourage BIPOC women to apply.
This is the largest program investment in RIDC's history, and we could not have built it without On's Social Impact Team's commitment to co-creating something that meets people where they are.
For anyone who needs support getting started or starting again, this program is here for you, and you don’t have to figure it out alone. The RIDC will be with you every step of the way.
How It Works
1. Define your movement goals. Choose a race, milestone, consistency goal, or simply return to movement. You decide what matters most.
2. Find your movement space. Explore our curated list of partner gyms and studios aligned with your goals. Don’t see your city? Check out our virtual options. This initiative is available nationwide!
3. Apply. Applications open April 14, 2026 and close May 13, 2026. If accepted, you’ll be notified mid-May and will have 5 days to confirm your participation.
4. Get ready. This program offers you 6 months of coaching for FREE. Once accepted, you will have a few weeks, and then it's GO time!
5. Share your journey. Help motivate others by participating in optional storytelling and community engagement. Let your community know another round is coming in 2027 and 2028!
Who Should Apply?
Inspired by research on barriers to movement faced by women, particularly those from underrepresented communities, Movement for All is open to anyone who wants to run, walk more, or move their body.
Whether you are new to movement, returning after a break, or rebuilding, this program is designed to support your goals and help reduce common barriers along the way.
