“When racial inequities sparked protests around the country in 2020, I think all of us in our businesses in the running industry took a step back and asked what we should be doing to make our organizations more aware of and sensitive to diversity issues, equity and inclusion. At Feetures, we established our own DEI Task Force to address this. So when John Benedict called and asked if we would support and become part of the RIDC, we immediately said yes! Since that group combines both large and small companies within the running industry, we can all learn from each other about how companies are making changes to meet this challenge and, as a result, make our companies and our industry as a whole more diverse and inclusive and equitable."

- Hugh Gaither, Former President and CEO of Feetures
