Celebrating 5 Years of Coalition and Community 

This year marks a powerful milestone as we celebrate 5 years of the Running Industry Diversity Coalition (RIDC). And we can’t wait to see you at THE COOKOUT 2025! 

What began as a simple idea—a space where BIPOC voices and joy are centered—has grown into an annual community celebration that brings us all together. THE COOKOUT is our time to celebrate our differences, recharge, and recognize the power of our collective work.

As we mark five years, we’re not slowing down—we’re doubling down. This event honors how far we’ve come, reconnects us to the joy that sustains us, and recommits us to the work ahead so we can keep building for the next five years and beyond.

Expect the same great energy: food, music, dancing, and a community that knows how to show up. This is for the people we do the work for, and the ones doing the work with us.
