Running Industry Diversity Coalition Board Member Nomination Form
The Running Industry Diversity Coalition's mission is to unite the running industry to improve the inclusion, visibility, and access for Black, Indigenous, and people of color.
As RIDC grows, we're looking for Directors who will help build an organization where people in running can genuinely grow and thrive. For the 2027 Board, we're especially seeking experience in governance and board leadership, fundraising, and organizational strategy and growth. We also welcome expertise in finance, legal, corporate partnerships, data and measurement, and membership growth.
We ask for specific examples so we can understand what each nominee would bring. Running experience is welcome but not required. Nominations will be open until October 30!
