At the RIDC, we’re committed to creating access and opportunities for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color in the running space. One way we bring this vision to life is by offering scholarships throughout the year for BIPOC runners and employees.

These scholarships open doors to attend transformative experiences like races, conferences, and industry events. For example, at The Running Event (TRE), scholarships have helped participants gain exposure to employment and ownership opportunities and build invaluable connections.
